Please use this company. We have had them out a few times because my brain refuses to understand drop systems and sprinkler repair/install. These folks are super professional, super friendly but the most important thing to me is they are a very fair price and do great work. I have had nothing but good experiences with them and even if they are busy and I wait a few extra days I will still wait for them and only use them.

This is literally the only company you need for anything irrigation. I've been using them for years and every time, quality. They did a special job for me outside their normal scope and it turned out better than expected (and I expected a lot). From the outset, Kevin displayed remarkable patience and took the time to thoroughly explain the ins and outs of my sprinkler system. Initially, I was under the impression that I was dealing with a leak, but Kevin expertly diagnosed the issue as the system simply running longer than necessary. Where other companies might have pretended to fix a non-existent problem, Kevin simply reset my system to its proper settings. Sprinkler Doctor is awesome. They call back, which impressed me straight away. Office staff is friendly & helpful. Alex is wonderful! I keep attempting to change timer setting only to completely mess it up. It is worth the $ to have them come out an adjust my run times w/the seasons. I recommend them highly.

Emerson came out and fixed a few of problems I was having with our sprinkler system. He arrived on time and was quite professional. He does an excellent job of resolving the issue and is quite thorough. Their pricing are likewise quite fair. I would strongly suggest Emerson and Sprinkler Doctors to anyone. They are my go-to people for any Sprinkler problems.

This being edited from my original review…Eldon and his crew did an excellent job replacing our drip lines. Only complaint is that ONE MONTH LATER following install and my CASH PAYMENT, he called me to say I shorted him several hundred dollars when I paid cash the day of. The cash was counted twice prior to handing it to him, and he neglected to count it when I paid him. To say the whole thing was sketchy at the end is an understatement. I did not pay him the $300+ dollars he claimed we still owed. If he had handled it right there in front of me at the time of, I would’ve been happy to correct any wrong on my part.

I can't say enough good things about this experience. Emerson got here at the beginning of the window they gave me and fixed my issues within an hr. He helped me understand the problems and improved my timer set up. He was even good with my dog. I noticed a couple people complained about the cost, but I thought it was very reasonable. I'd definitely use this company again.

I have had nothing but good luck with the Sprinkler Doctors. I couldn't be home for the repairs, but Emerson, the technician, was polite, thorough, and quick! He called us on his way and when he was finished. My anti-siphon and solenoid were repaired and he even wired in my controller to the breaker. I had just replaced it but the new one didn't have bare wires, it just plugged into an outlet. Very happy with the service.

This is by far the best, honest, affordable, and reliable Sprinkler repair company around. Great experience! They were so professional and knowledgeable. From my first call, the scheduler was so helpful and got someone out the next day. And Tony was awesome! So kind and helpful. I learned more in 5 min than I would’ve imagined. I will definitely be using them again if needed and will recommend to others!

They were great from the beginning! I was having multiple issues with my irrigation system. I called up Sprinkler Doctors and scheduling was easy and Emerson came out right on time with a call ahead. He was very kind and professional, and fixed my system very efficiently and thorough. The whole process was easy and felt like I was family!

Emerson was great and did a fantastic job. I needed a control valve fixed and a tuff to locate leak repaired. He was able to repair the control vale that would not stop running very quickly. We had a leak coming from under our sidewalk in the front of the house which I could not locate by myself. Emerson was able to figure out the irrigation hose was a couple feet away from where the water was visibly coming out. He dug up both sides of the sidewalk and ran a new hose under and solve the problem. All of this was done in a hot July afternoon. Great job, highly recommend sprinkler doctors.

I received a recommendation for this company from the Cave Creek Facebook page and couldn't be happier. They arrived on time, assessed the issues (there were 4) had them repaired in about an hour! SUPER GREAT service from the office phone call to the Senior Tech (Jason) who came out and made the repairs. I'm going to sign up immediately for the routine maintenance!

I had a leaking valve. Dominic showed up the same day I called. He was informative and very honest fixing the problem with a cost effective method. I highly recommend him for irrigation repairs. Addendum. In April, 2022 I asked Sprinkler Doctors to install a a unity for watering my hanging patio plants and pots. I tried several timer systems I bought and all leaked so I asked Sprinkler Doctors to help. They did a great job. However the PVC tubing couldn’t tolerate my apparently high water pressure at my house. Sprinkler Doctors went the extra mile by returning and installing a brass fitting. They came out extra to resolve the issue and went the extra mile and even watered my plants since I wasn’t available because they had to keep the faucet off so the glue could dry. I can’t speak more highly for such great follow through from a local company and know they will do a great job for all their customers.

Really good customer service. Best price out there to restore my 27 year old sprinkler system AND when I couldn't figure out my wifi sprinkler controller they came back out no charge to show me! I love this company and I'm sure you will too!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We used Sprinkler Doctors in conjunction with our home warranty. We knew of 2 leaks in our drip. Jason was our guy and he was AMAZING. On time, professional (our dogs loved him, am I right?) He discovered another leak and fixed all of the above. On top of it: we moved into this house in March and he took the time to teach me how to use the drip system box. Patient, smart, efficient. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

These guys are the best! Eldon and his team came out and gave me a quote to replace my 20 year old irrigation system. They came in at a great price, and the service was even better. I thought this was going to take 2 days, but they were in and out in about 5 hours (and I have a long run on my lines). They replaced the valves in my J-box, and the irrigation lines in my front and back yards. They replaced all emitter heads and calibrated the system, and walked me through the entire yard to show me the work had been completed. When they left the yard actually looked better than when they arrived - they put everything back, raked all rocks and even skimmed the pool to get anything that had blown in while they worked. I am beyond impressed by the job they did and I cannot recommend their services enough. Absolutely amazing service!!!

Jason showed up a little early for our appointment. He quickly discovered 3 leaks in my irrigation system and had them all repaired in an hour. He was very knowledgeable and competently skilled to quickly get the job done. He even cleaned up the area after completion. All this for what I considered reasonable rates. Sprinkler Doctors will be my go to company for irrigation repairs going forward.

Worked with Ryan, he was great. Showed him my area of concern, he fixed it quickly everything works great and I was extremely happy with the service. Here is my feedback if your concerned with the 1 star reviews. It is on you the customer to tell them what to do. If you want them to test every line, check every sprinkler head, and validate everything is in working order you need to tell them to do so. It is by the hour, so they can either fix what you want them to fix and move on, or check your entire system, but don't be surprised if that is a labor intensive process. If you have a leak from a line it is very likely you will have another leak in the near future. You have to make the decision of fixing issues as they come up, or replacing the whole system.

I had a gentleman by the name of Alex Decker just show up fix some issues with my irrigation system around my house. If I could leave him 20 Stars I would 🙂 He was very professional, knowledgeable, and educated me on all the things I needed to do as far as maintaining and keeping my system up and running. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have service done to their automated sprinkling system! Thank you Alex, you were a tremendous help and he even found some leaks that we were unaware of and he repaired them. I really don't think you can get any better honestly.

We had been trying to fix our sprinkler system for months. Brandon showed up and figured out the problems quickly, and then tackled all of the issues we had been having - everything from replacing irrigation heads and lines to the sprinkler heads themselves. Wow! You don't get to see companies work like this today. They are few. The owner has done a great job of expecting the best. Jason was my tech. He not only fixed my issues that were left undone from another irrigation company, he explained everything along the way. The price was amazing for the work performed. I needed a second day of work and Jason was there early! Called to confirm even. I can't say enough. I'm extremely happy that I found this irrigation company. You won't be disappointed. We had a leak in our irrigation system and our Home Owners Warranty Company set up a repair call with Sprinkler Doctors. I looked up their on line reviews and was hopeful they would be good since they had great reviews. They came out this morning and our Technician, Ezra, promptly located the leak and made the necessary repairs. I was impressed with his skill and knowledge and willingness to walk me through the where, why and hows of both the diagnosis (which turned out to be spot on) and actual repair. He also double checked his work and was extremely professional. When we need to fully replace the system, we will definitely use Sprinkler Doctors. It’s reassuring to know that in the event of future problems, we have a go to company that is competent, reliable and professional.

We have used Sprinkler Doctors on three different occasions and each experience was better than the last. First they came out to fix some sprinkler heads. The second time we had a leak that they were able to locate and fix faster than I could have imagined. Today we had someone come out to look at some old lines that we wanted to start using but weren’t working. Eldon came out and was able to get the drip working and even added a new one in under an hour. Every person who has come out has been friendly, professional, and punctual. I couldn’t recommend this company enough.

Loren arrived right on time and was very friendly and professional. I showed him where my leak was and he had it fixed and working with in a hour of arriving. My husband and I highly recommend Sprinkler Doctors. We live in the Seville neighborhood in Gilbert, so we have dealt with the Gilbert office. We've have had this company come out three times for leaks in our lawn sprinkler system. Their prices are very reasonable, and when there was a small problem with one of the leaks not being fixed, the manager came out with some technicians and fixed it at no cost to us, and we didn't even have to ask! Mark Dern came out today and was fantastic! We had 3 sprinklers that water was constantly leaking from. He looked at our system and found what was causing the leak. He explained the problems in a way that I could easily understand, gave me the options we had to fix it and an estimate for each option. I will definitely use them in the future.

The reviews on here are correct!! They are great, from my call through the receptionist to Jason the tech they were unbelievable. When i called in they listened to my issue, did not set up a home visit but figured they could help over the phone. I Received a call from Jason on time, and he patiently walked me through everything that needed to be done. Sending example pictures though text as well. They cared about helping me and not about how to get money out of me, which rarely happens anymore. In the long run it will pay off, i will refer anyone and everyone to sprinkler doctors and as long as Im a homeowner in the area all my business will be going here. Great service. When our neighbor told us that there was a leak in our sprinkler system as excess water was pouring into their yard, we called Sprinkler Doctors as recommended by another neighbor. They came the next day at the time they told us they would. (So relieved that we didn't have spend hours waiting.) The service that Loren provided was exceptional. He not only identified the leak but was also identified four other leaks. Yikes. We didn't expect that. We truly appreciate his taking the time to be detail oriented in fixing the pipes.
