Please use this company. We have had them out a few times because my brain refuses to understand drop systems and sprinkler repair/install. These folks are super professional, super friendly but the most important thing to me is they are a very fair price and do great work. I have had nothing but good experiences with them and even if they are busy and I wait a few extra days I will still wait for them and only use them.

We just had Sprinkler Dr come out for the first time to fix a few leaks in our yard. Emerson was a diamond in the rough, such a friendly, caring, knowledgeable and all around one of the best irrigation guy in our 13 years living here in Chandler!!! This is literally the only company you need for anything irrigation. I've been using them for years and every time, quality. They did a special job for me outside their normal scope and it turned out better than expected (and I expected a lot). I know they groan when I call cause my old 15-station system is a nightmare, but that's too bad cause they do too good of work for me. Thank you.

I recently had an outstanding experience with Kevin from the Sprinkler Doctor company that I feel compelled to share. From the outset, Kevin displayed remarkable patience and took the time to thoroughly explain the ins and outs of my sprinkler system. Initially, I was under the impression that I was dealing with a leak, but Kevin expertly diagnosed the issue as the system simply running longer than necessary. Where other companies might have pretended to fix a non-existent problem, Kevin simply reset my system to its proper settings. Impressively, he did not charge me for his time spent making these adjustments, a gesture of goodwill that starkly contrasts with another company I had previously contacted, which had informed me there would be a service charge. I called to schedule with Maria and she was great, she got me set up with Emerson who did a very fast and thorough repair. He gave me all the details and some tips and was very friendly!

Sprinkler Doctor is awesome. They call back, which impressed me straight away. Office staff is friendly & helpful. Alex is wonderful! I keep attempting to change timer setting only to completely mess it up. It is worth the $ to have them come out an adjust my run times w/the seasons. I recommend them highly.

Emerson came out and fixed a few of problems I was having with our sprinkler system. He arrived on time and was quite professional. He does an excellent job of resolving the issue and is quite thorough. Their pricing are likewise quite fair. I would strongly suggest Emerson and Sprinkler Doctors to anyone. They are my go-to people for any Sprinkler problems.

This being edited from my original review…Eldon and his crew did an excellent job replacing our drip lines. Only complaint is that ONE MONTH LATER following install and my CASH PAYMENT, he called me to say I shorted him several hundred dollars when I paid cash the day of. The cash was counted twice prior to handing it to him, and he neglected to count it when I paid him. To say the whole thing was sketchy at the end is an understatement. I did not pay him the $300+ dollars he claimed we still owed. If he had handled it right there in front of me at the time of, I would’ve been happy to correct any wrong on my part.

I can't say enough good things about this experience. Emerson got here at the beginning of the window they gave me and fixed my issues within an hr. He helped me understand the problems and improved my timer set up. He was even good with my dog. I noticed a couple people complained about the cost, but I thought it was very reasonable. I'd definitely use this company again.

I have had nothing but good luck with the Sprinkler Doctors. I couldn't be home for the repairs, but Emerson, the technician, was polite, thorough, and quick! He called us on his way and when he was finished. My anti-siphon and solenoid were repaired and he even wired in my controller to the breaker. I had just replaced it but the new one didn't have bare wires, it just plugged into an outlet. Very happy with the service.

This is by far the best, honest, affordable, and reliable Sprinkler repair company around. I cannot say enough about the quality of work, the honesty of what was needed, and their willingness to work us in. We have used them for years; and this past week, in a pinch, they came thru. Just a shout out to the technician you sent who was SO terrific and kind and patient! He is a keeper! I can't remember his name although I asked him twice! I live at 10225 E. Hercules Dr. in Sun Lakes. Who is he again? I want to request him if I need future service!

Great experience! They were so professional and knowledgeable. From my first call, the scheduler was so helpful and got someone out the next day. And Tony was awesome! So kind and helpful. I learned more in 5 min than I would’ve imagined. I will definitely be using them again if needed and will recommend to others!
